Milky oats and raspberry leaf bring deep nourishment, helping to rebuild what’s been worn down. Lemon balm and tulsi have a grounding, protective feel to them, gently steadying the nervous system without dulling you out. Chocolate peppermint adds a soft brightness, just enough to make everything feel a little lighter.
