Flora Lip Butter is a healing blend rooted in herbal tradition and made to actually work.
Pasture-raised bison tallow, cocoa butter, coconut oil, and castor oil create a rich, protective base that locks in moisture and shields against the elements. It’s slow-infused with whole plants of yarrow, plantain leaf, and lemon balm — herbs traditionally used to calm inflammation, speed repair, and soften the skin.
Thick, long-lasting, and made to heal, not just coat. Folk medicine for everyday lips.

Ingredients You Can Pronounce

Yarrow
Yarrow’s anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties soothe chapped skin and aid healing. Used in poultices and salves for centuries, yarrow helps treat skin irritations and wounds. We use this traditional wisdom to create a natural barrier that nurtures and protects your skin from dryness.

Lemon Balm
Lemon balm, native to the Mediterranean, has been used since ancient Greece and Rome for its soothing properties. It contains rosmarinic acid and polyphenols that fight inflammation, protect against oxidative damage, and have antiviral effects, making it perfect for healing and protecting chapped lips.

Plantain Leaf
Plantain leaf has been used in folk medicine for centuries for its healing properties. Unlike the banana plantain, which is a fruit, the plantain leaf is a green plant rich in compounds like allantoin and tannins. Plantain leaf reduces inflammation and promotes cell repair making it great for skin health.

Castor Oil
Castor oil, derived from the castor bean plant native to Africa and India, has been used for centuries for its skin benefits. Rich in ricinoleic acid, it moisturizes and nourishes the skin, promoting hydration and soothing inflammation. Traditionally, it’s applied topically for dry skin, scars, and anti-aging.

Grass-fed Tallow
Dating back to Roman times, tallow was traditionally used by our ancestors as a sustainable moisturizer. It's rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, essential for skin nourishment and repair. Tallow also contains conjugated linoleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for soothing and healing the skin.
I’ve been using the Flora Lip Butter for a bit now, and it’s quickly become my favorite. It’s got a great mix of nourishing ingredients so my lips feel super soft and hydrated without being too greasy. I love that the lip balm comes in a larger size than usual, so it lasts longer, and the eco-friendly kraft tube is a nice bonus. It’s been a total game-changer for keeping my lips smooth, especially during the colder months. Highly recommend!
Ok I’ve currently got 5 different brands of lip balms and none can compare to this Flora Lip Butter! No flavoring or taste. Just pure organic herbs and soothing oils that stay put on your lips. This product is the only one I will need, so bye bye Burt B and all the other lip balms!
The Lip Butter is a game-changer for my dry lips. I use it every night, and it keeps my lips soft and hydrated…even in the cold, dry months. It’s rich, but not greasy. It also has subtle vanilla scent that I really like a lot. It was a great buy!
The flora lip butter is one of my favorites!
The texture is always smooth on my lips, where other ones I have tried in the past have been gritty from beeswax etc. I believe this lip balm was given some thoughtful consideration as far as the ingredients. It’s a win!
